Guillermo Miranda Sanchez was charged with the unlawful killing of Patricia Araneda Loreto Saavedra and her daughter, who died in November 2010.

This morning was shortened trial hearing against the accused and the court found that the animal attack was a fact and not just a double homicide.
Thus, the penalties which gave Miranda Sanchez are lower than might have been encountered, should have been sentenced for the two deaths.
Meanwhile p ara May 24 hearing was set for sentencing reading, when the penalty is known to be met by the accused.
