Born in Malaga in 1947 has published over forty books including novels, collections of short stories, novels and essays youth. It is worth noting some as friend A kiss (1980), An easy job (1985), strangely enough People (2001), Paradise Hotel (1987), Senderos The Tiger or black hand (1998).

Some of his titles have been made into a movie like Apocalypse or Tangier (by himself). He has done scripts for television as Central Brigade. His first crime novel for young people: Escape to South earned him Edebé Award for Children's Literature.



is currently Professor of Theory of Narrative in the International School of Film and Television of San Antonio de los Baños, (Havana, Cuba) and in other schools and institutions
