The moment arrived. It's time to take charge and do something to change what bothers us, and we do not like brand. While immersed in the XXI century, in the third millennium is a good 
time to adapt old laws of the last century social changes, cultural thought and behavior of a society that has changed.
Our proposal is to achieve the necessary debate to produce a number of amendments to Law 23,737 in relation to stop holding personal consumption, which refers to the planting and consumption with respect to the quantities of marijuana should considered for personal use.
To achieve this, we were working on the analysis of related legislation, international law and the various draft amendments to Law 23737. All this led to the drafting of a blueprint with the idea that it is the trigger debate. It also encourages and urges us to see how it energizes from different angles will converge on an idea in common: both organizations that promote harm reduction, a more responsible, and by the side of the new national publications that address the issue of marijuana use from one side responsible, serious and above all linked to reality.
