As an initial proposal, and after analyzing the Inefficient Act (the Drug 23,737) we as proposed amendments to the articles related to the criminalization of
possession for personal use: Today, the Act punishes who circulate with marijuana in his possession, regardless quantity; to those planted at home even one plant, who invite their friends to smoke his own home; Condemnation give away a joint, you indicates offender (and are punishable up to 12 years imprisonment) if Talk through the joint you're smoking to another person, obviously, if you have seeds also're guilty ... guilty of not wanting to promote the drug, having to take the chance to buy marijuana from a dealer or pointer
